When you send us a message, one of our advisors — not an assistant — will respond within one business day. We will ask a few brief questions to understand your situation and then arrange a time for a first conversation at our Banská Bystrica office or by video call if you are based elsewhere. The first consultation takes roughly ninety minutes and costs nothing. Its purpose is to determine whether we are the right match for your needs and to give you a clear picture of what working with us would involve. If we are not the right match, we will tell you directly and, where possible, point you toward an alternative.
